Good evening, hickory golfers!

Taiheiyo Club Hickory Monthly Meeting was held today at Taiheiyo Club Yachiyo Course.
The winner was Mr Morii. He shot a very stable round and won with a net score of 68.9! Mr Morii is a Giants fan, and we heard that he was disappointed to be beaten by the Hanshin team in baseball, but congratulations to him for his excellent play at the Hickory!

In the Gross Division, Japan Champion Scott Nakase won Best Gross with an impressive 40-36=76. Mr Nakase was disappointed not to have the results he wanted on his tour of Australia, but we are looking forward to seeing him in action at the World Hickory Open next month!

Mr Scott Bauer from Canada joined us for the first time this time. We have a new member who will help us to make hickory golf in the Kanto region more exciting!
